1. Cancellation by VOF ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED
VOF ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED (House Of Plutus) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Orders may be cancelled in situations including, but not limited to:
- Limitations on available quantities
- Inaccuracies in product or pricing information
- Issues identified by our credit or fraud detection team
2. Cancellation by Customer
- No Cancellations Allowed: Order cancellations are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
- Products Covered: Sneakers, Streetwear, Bags, Glasses, Accessories, Watches, and all other products listed on the website.
- Failed Deliveries: Delivery will be attempted twice. Failure to collect will result in RTO (Return to Origin). A reshipment fee of ₹1000 will apply for re-delivery.
- Special Requests: In rare exceptions where a prepaid order is cancelled at the customer's request, 30% of the prepaid amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
3. Refund Policy
VOF ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED maintains a general non-refundable and non-returnable policy. Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- Manufacturer defect in the product
- Damage during transit
- Missing items from the shipment
- Wrong product received
Conditions for Refunds
- A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Supporting images/videos must be shared within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes quality & fraud checks.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval of the claim.
4. Replacement & Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges and replacements are not permitted.
- Only products with genuine defects are eligible for replacement.
Process for Replacement
- Report Window: Notify us within 4 days of delivery.

- Proof Required: A clear unboxing video highlighting the defect.
- Once verified, we will arrange collection of the defective item and ship a replacement.
5. Important Notes
- Refunds/returns will not be issued if the wrong item was ordered by the customer.
- Products are not eligible for return due to incorrect application or use by the customer.
- All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or cancellations are at the sole discretion of VOF ONLINE PRIVATE LIMITED.
